Our return policy is pretty standard.  Check your items as soon as you receive them.  You have 10 days to let us know of an issue.  Each case is unique so please get in touch with us via email (susanpanko@gmail.net) or call (704-904-7929).  We pack very carefully so do not anticipate damage issues unless the carrier mistreats the box.  If you need to return an item, it must be returned in it’s original packaging including any inside styrofoam or we cannot exchange or credit you.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
